Hello! I am looking for a student who wants to take over my beautiful two rooms asap ? I currently live with 2 girls and 3 guys (mix of 2 Dutch, 3 German). Two people live on each floor. The available rooms are located on the 2nd floor. WC and shower in the bathroom are shared, downstairs is an extra WC. There are two rooms available, the small one I used as a personal kitchen. The workbench in this room (see photo) can be taken over against a small fee. There is also a washing machine and freezer downstairs that you share with everyone. There is a backyard, where you can sit in the summer and park your bike safely ☀️ It is a 3min bike ride from the house to the city. Supermarkets (Jumbo, AH) are also close by. Its's a 5min bike ride to NHL Stenden as well as Van Hall.

Hallo! Ik ben per direct opzoek naar een student die mijn mooie twee kamers wil overnemen ? Ik woon op dit moment met 2 meiden en 3 mannen (2 nederlands, 3 Duits). Op elke verdieping wonen twee personen. De beschikbare kamers bevinden zich op de 2e verdieping. WC en douche in de badkamer worden gedeeld, beneden is nog een extra WC. Er zijn twee kamers beschikbaar, de kleine heb ik als persoonlijke keuken gebruikt. De werkbank in deze kamer (zie foto) kan tegen een vergoeding overgenomen worden. Ook is er beneden een wasmachine en diepvries die je deelt met zijn allen. Er is een achtertuin, hier kan je in de zomer zitten en je fiets veilig afstellen ☀️ Vanaf het huis is het 3 minuutjes fietsen naar de stad. Ook supermarkten (Jumbo, AH) zijn dichtbij. Het is 5 minuten fietsen naar zowel NHL Stenden als Van Hall.
